Start with the intent behind the visit
Review the searches, articles or campaigns bringing visitors in, and their entry pages. Someone reading a tutorial may still be researching; someone searching for service prices may be comparing suppliers. Give each a useful next step: relevant service information for the first, and clear pricing and enquiry options for the second.
Can the page answer four questions?
- What does this company do, and does it serve my location or needs?
- What is included, and what costs extra?
- Is there relevant work or a concrete process I can assess?
- What should I provide when I enquire, and what happens next?
A business website buyer who sees “HK$5,000” may still need to know the page count, language, hosting, domain costs and delivery conditions. Put those answers near the offer so customers can assess it. Our pricing page shows how this information can be presented.
Make an enquiry on a phone
- Start from the homepage or a service page and find the main enquiry button.
- Check that floating elements do not cover it.
- Open WhatsApp and verify the number, language and preset message.
- Complete the form and check required fields and error messages.
- Confirm whether the last step actually sends anything, and check the receiving end.
A click is not a received enquiry. Our form prepares a draft; the visitor must still open WhatsApp and press Send. Record draft completion, WhatsApp clicks and received messages as separate stages.
Change one identified problem at a time
| Observation | Potential improvement |
|---|---|
| Repeated questions about inclusions | Show included and extra items beside the price. |
| A case study has no next step | Link to the relevant service and an enquiry route. |
| The form asks for too much | Keep the information needed for an initial assessment. |
| A mobile button is obscured | Adjust floating elements and test again. |
Connect enquiries to business outcomes
Keep a simple record of enquiry date, source, service requested, suitability, quotation and outcome. Keep personal contact details in an appropriate customer management workflow rather than sending names, phone numbers or message contents as analytics events. With low traffic, collect enough observations before deciding that one version performs better.
Relevant case studies help visitors assess your work; use specific evidence rather than unsupported conversion claims. Explore our actual projects and website redesign service, or send us your current URL and the enquiry problem you are seeing.
