Step 1: Agree the business needs, pages and quotation
Tell us who your customers are, what your business offers and what you want visitors to do next, such as enquire on WhatsApp or learn about a particular service. We agree the pages, languages, features and fees, and identify items that need to be handled separately.
If you already have a website, share the address and what you want to improve. We can first assess whether a standard new business website is suitable or whether the project needs a separate redesign and migration scope.
Step 2: Prepare the content and confirm the design
Bring together the text, images and company information, then confirm the page topics and visual direction. Before the build begins, we agree the delivery date, revision scope and acceptance items in writing. The checklist below helps reduce back-and-forth requests for missing materials.

How does delivery in 3 working days work?
The offer applies to the HK$5,000 standard 5-page business website. The period begins once content, assets and design direction are confirmed. The specific delivery date and revision scope are agreed in writing before work begins. Extra features, languages, new revisions and external processes have separately agreed schedules.
Step 3: Build the pages for different screens
We build around the confirmed content, arranging layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile, with enquiry options and basic SEO setup. Reading order, image presentation and button positions adapt to the screen so visitors can find the main information.
If you want to change the confirmed scope during the build, we first list the changes and agree their effect on fees and timing. This gives both sides a clear understanding of the delivery impact.
Step 4: Review the content and delivery items
- Check the company name, services, prices, contact details and images.
- Review navigation, links, mobile reading and main layouts.
- Test the agreed enquiry form and WhatsApp flow.
- Check page titles, descriptions and language versions.
- Confirm the agreed launch, domain, hosting and handover arrangements.
